Wow wee, Ngawi

We found the place where bulldozers go to die, where NZ runs out of roads and where seals go to for their holidays - and of course where the pub only opens between 5 and 8 on a Friday (in the Summer) and that place is called Ngawi (pronounced Naaa Weeeeee, to be a true born bred Kiwi, you of course need to follow that with the defintive eh?, so it's really Naaa Weeeeee eh?)

Anyway, Ngawi is at the end of the road of the North Island, 5Kms from Cape Palliser lighthuse. We went down there for a little R&R and decided that you might want to see a few of the wonderful shots that Lisa took ....

10 points for whoever can name the scene from LOTR that used this valley's features

Ngawi in the evening from our pad

Blast from the past, just for fun ...

Haven't really done anything much lately just moved houses, visited a place called Ngawi, saw the Cape Palliser seals and even managed to get a dive in. But just to keep Kevin and Anne on their toes here's a few old memories for them ;o)

Ah, Paddy's day in Wagamamas, how traditional.
For those who never saw Kevin's Peig impression
I swear I wasn't in the pub to help this happen
Go on then Kev, one of my infamous roof testing episodes, God only knows how the neighbours slept ....
